Shipping Policy
Barbara's Perfumes, and our physical store "La Parfumerie de Barbara" ships to all states within the United States. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) for payment. Shipping fees are standard.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on any of our products. Requests for exchanges are accepted only if the products originally bought are unopened and if the exchange is requested for a different product of equal or higher value. For products exchanged for a product of higher value, the customer will only pay the difference between the products (e.g., if you purchase a perfume that is $100 and are exchanging it for one that is $150, you would only have to pay the $50 difference upon exchange).
